New 2022 Mercedes-AMG® SL 63 Performance Highlights

The Mercedes-AMG® SL 63 will offer Aurora drivers unbridled performance. With a low centre of gravity, 21 kg reduction of weight compared to previous model years, and a twin turbocharged engine, expect astonishing acceleration. • Twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 with 577 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque
• Nine-speed “multi-clutch” transmission
• Standard AMG® 4MATIC®+ all-wheel drive
• 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds
• Top speed is of 315 km/h
• Five-link front and rear suspension setup
• Standard active rear-axle steering that engages rear wheels, steering them in the opposite direction of your front wheels to increase turning radius and steering responsiveness at speeds under 100 km/h. Exceed 100 km/h, and your front and rear wheels will turn in unison for improved traction and ride responsiveness.
• Standard “AMG Active Ride Control” hydraulic stabilization system, which offers more dynamic handling than mechanical roll bars

New 2022 Mercedes-AMG® SL 63 Design Updates

The SL 63 features the raked windshield, short rear deck, and elongated hood of previous iterations. Where it differs is that it’s replaced the hardtop roof of its predecessors with a soft top that can be closed or opened in only 15 seconds when driving under 60 km/h. It’s also 21 kg lighter. East Gwillimbury drivers can also expect 12 paint colours to choose from, 3 design packages, 3 roof colours, and 5 wheel styles to choose from.

Step inside the new 2022 Mercedes-AMG® SL 63, and you’ll note a massive screen through which you can interact with your Mercedes-Benz User Experience infotainment system. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto both provide standard compatibly. Finally, the SL 63 retains its 2+2 seating design.
